this weekend was pretty much action packed.
saturday: final soccer game, neighborhood picnic, zoo boo.
sunday: huge bike ride, open house at school, corn maze.
i am zonked.

dealt with insomnia all week and it's back. this is torture. i am foggy and inefficient.
lunch: chicken patties, pickle, fruit.. yes i'm weird
dinner: chicken, a bit of cottage cheese, sausage
later: a small protein shake
a few deadlifts. a trip to the park. sent back a bike helmet. went to target.
jiro dreams of sushi is a good documentary.
ugh. at least tomorrow is friday.
