woke up, walked/fed the dog, came back and went back to bed.

it's almost 9 now and i'm debating whether i should run or not. i am starting to discount running as my go-to activity because i see people who i would describe as "runners" and i don't want that physique in the least. and yet i need to lose weight so i've been contemplating cutting the distance down to a strict 2 miles doing sprints or whatever, and then lifting, as I see others do on fitocracy.

i have reached a plateau with the weight loss and with it, a decision point. hope i make the right one this time.

ran about 5 miles although i'm not sure because my dumbass stopped the garmin timer instead of starting it.

dropoff drama: she texts me and asks if she can borrow the (new) bicycle i just bought m. being the (way too nice) guy that i am, i respond sure, and i headed home and started some yard work. i texted her before she even arrived: "you are aware it's a 20" bicycle, i hope your seats fold down". so about 4 they come by to pick it up. guess what, she couldn't get the bike in the car. so i worried about it thinking wtf have i done m is gonna hurt herself on the bike this weekend only to find out it wouldn't even be a problem. bitchface said the old color looked fine in the spare room, i called her insane (rightfully so!), m defended her (bleh, oops).

i have a new line though, that came out of my head today: "calling you the b word does the c word a disservice". i'm still not sure if it really makes sense but i like it so far.

my attitude is pretty piss poor at the moment and i don't know why. i fucked up my hand pulling weeds this morning, that might be it. we went to the park, had lunch out, i bought her a bike and some shoes and a birthday gift for a cousin. back at the house, i tried to fix the mower and i think failed, we planted a little box garden out front. m asked if the bug spray would repel the annoying neighbor. yeah this kid is nothing like me at all.
