lunch: burger (no bun) and sweet potato fries
dinner: grilled chicken, huge omelet
snack: baby cereal
weird numbness and tingling in my left hand (centered in the ring finger and radiating through the arm). who fucking knows what's up there... probably cervical/spinal in nature.
