headache is holding steady but i'm fighting it with water and (now) ibuprofen. i guess now that i've taken something i'm going to hold off on the coffee. gonna attempt my kroger visit now before the sunday swarm. it's sorta let off, although i clearly overdid it on the running yesterday.
totally hot fitness geekgirl with glasses in the kroger's this morning. course she had a ring. of course. she smiled at me at least, that'll have to do won't it. i'll probably never see her again.
breakfast: two egg omelet with tomatoes, coffee
lunch: chicken and sour cream
dinner: orange roughy, peas and carrots
