i havent really been logging my meals/workouts on here lately. this is because i have been logging them on fitocracy already (which automatically shares to facebook, set to private). for posterity, here's today:

lunch: grilled chicken salad (no croutons) and bleu cheese

snack: apple and pb

i squatted 225 a few days ago, which is my first squat for more than my bodyweight.
